Giovedì 23 maggio 2024 alle 19:00 il CUNY Graduate Center di New York ospiterà la presentazione del nuovo libro “We Started a Nightclub”: The Birth of the Pyramid Cocktail Lounge as Told by Those Who Lived It di di Brian Butterick, Susan Martin, Kestutis Nakas (Damiani, 2024). Interverranno alla presentazione John Jesurun, Kestutis Nakas, Peter Littlefield, Samoa Moriki, Julie Hair e John Kelly; modererà l'evento Frank Hentschker. Al termine saranno acquistabili copie del libro firmate. L'evento è gratuito e ad ingresso libero.
